Please make sure you have read the terms and conditions for hiring the Mobile Planetarium. This is especially important in relation to the space being used, 8m x 8m with minimum 4m vertical clearance, including overhead projectors and a flat, solid, clean floor with no steps. We also need mains power and a flat route for unloading and moving heavy equipment.

At Winchester Science Centre, science is for everyone. We can make changes to your booking to suit the needs of your pupils. We can offer a relaxed environment. We can lend you visual supports, sensory backpacks and ear defenders. We can schedule a short pre-activity session into our timings. And we can send you pre-teaching resources in advance. Once we’ve received your completed form, one of our friendly school bookings team will be in touch. They will let you know what dates are available. We will always book a date that works for you. We’ll send you an email with all your provisional details. Make sure you reply within 10 working days to confirm the date. Payment will be by invoice after our visit.
