Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Winchester Science Centre & Planetarium (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
Entry is via the Promoter’s online competition form.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
No purchase is necessary.
4. Competition Period
The competition opens on the date of publication.
The closing date for entries is 15 January.
Entries received after this date will not be accepted.
5. The Prize
The prize consists of tickets to Van Gogh Alive at Winchester Science Centre for the opening weekend.
The exact number of tickets will be confirmed by the Promoter.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
The winner will be notified via the contact details provided within 5 days of the closing date.
If the winner does not respond within 3 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Prize Fulfilment
Tickets will be issued digitally or collected as advised by the Promoter.
The Promoter is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or any other costs associated with attending the exhibition.
8. Data Protection
Personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of this competition and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
9. General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these Terms & Conditions where necessary.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
This competition is governed by English law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
