Outdoor Picnic and Play
The Science Centre is situated in the South Downs National Park and enjoys great views across the rolling countryside. We have a large outdoor picnic and play area, with trim trail and water play, and direct access to the neighbouring Butterfly Conservation reserve, Magdalen Hill Down. We think that visiting on a sunny day is a great way to enjoy the best of indoors and out.
The Hub Café
The Hub Café offers a choice of hot and cold drinks, lunch menu and snacks, including sandwiches, toasted paninis, jacket potatoes, cakes, fruit, biscuits and more. Indoor and outdoor seating is available for those purchasing food and drinks from The Hub.
Onsite parking is available.
Accessibility: Disabled bays are available at the top of the main car park (level access to main entrance) and also closer to the Centre if you follow the road around to the left (access via a short flight of steps or sloping path).
