The Global Experiment 2014
The Royal Society of Chemistry's Global Experiment 2014 is now live and open for submissions.
To celebrate the International Year of Crystallography and tie in with the RSC’s ‘chemistry & art’ theme for 2014, the Global Experiment this year focuses on the art of crystallisation.
The RSC are asking children aged 7 to 16 to investigate the best conditions for growing crystals. They can post their results to the RSC's interactive map and compare them with results from around the world.
Last year, 25000 people took part in the Global Experiment. This year, the society are hoping for even more to get involved.
