This is a public safety announcement…..Please keep your head firmly on your shoulders, and your arms, legs and feet inside the ride at all times – Ministry of Science Live is about to explode onto the stage!

Live shows at 11am, 12.30pm, 2pm and 3.30pm

Ministry of Science Live is not your ordinary science show – it comes with a bang, it comes with a whoosh!

The UK’s Ministry of Science Live! team will be offering us three 45-minute explosive live shows. Their anarchic approach to science communication offers the perfect combination of fun, excitement and education to provide a truly memorable experience for children and their accompanying adults. Their exciting live stage show will be split over three weekends, part 1 in May, part 2 in June and part 3 in July. Whether you join us for all three or a one-off experience, we're sure you'll have a great time.

Enjoy full access to the Centre’s two floors of hands-on interactive science exhibits, the Invention Studio and the outdoor picnic and play area. There’s also direct access from Winchester Science Centre to Magdalen Hill Butterfly Conservation reserve for those who want to experience views across the South Downs National Park.

No visit would be complete without experiencing an immersive 360 degree fulldome show the planetarium (additional tickets required).
