Welcome to the Experience!
The South of England's hands-on interactive science and technology centre houses 100 hands-on science exhibits and the UK's largest capacity digital Planetarium! Open seven days a week.
Set within the beautiful South Downs National Park in a purpose-built iconic building with free on-site parking, the Science Centre is run by a charity.
Summer Holidays: from Thursday 24 July to Monday 1 September, opening hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 10am - 5pm weekends. Tickets for the exhibition (including drop-in live science shows every day) and/or planetarium shows can be pre-booked online or bought on arrival.
The Science Centre had over 150,000 visitors last year. Come for a few hours or for a whole day out; the Science Centre has a cafe and indoor / outdoor picnic areas.
What's on? Check the schedule for a range of additional activities, from evening planetarium shows to adult lectures and free holiday activities.
NEW ticket options - buy a ticket for just the planetarium or save money by combining the planetarium with a visit to the hands-on exhibition.
