Teacher preview evenings
The Science Centre offers free teacher planning visits for teachers and members of staff who are part of a pre-booked school trip. Test drive the hands-on exhibition, complete your own risk assessments and chat with the team.
Winchester Science Centre teacher planning evenings provide a fantastic opportunity to plan your visit in a relaxed environment (after the kids have gone home!). Sessions are free of charge and are held once per month in term-time, starting at 4pm.
The sessions include a short talk about the services and resources on offer, a 'taster' planetarium show, and a tour of the centre with a member of the education team. After the tour, there will be time for you to plan your visit, with staff on hand to answer any queries
