- The BSA recently attended a seminar hosted by Adecco Group, the world's leading provider of HR solutions, on their report "The Gender Agenda: STEMing the Gap". Adecco Group embarked on this research to find out why a "leaky pipeline" exists, where girls and young women have initial interests in STEM but then do not go on to pursue a career in it.
