Why are girls stepping out of STEM?

Adecco Group have embarked on research to find out why a "leaky pipeline" exists, where girls and young women have initial interests in STEM but then do not go on to pursue a career in it. For example, only one in ten women hold a position in the STEM field, despite women making up nearly half of Britain's workforce. Read the report here.
