New Clean Tech Competition
Challenge your students towards 'Making an Impact' with the chance of winning up to $10,000.
The Clean Tech Competition is an international research and design challenge for 15-18 year old pre-university students. This is a prestigious educational opportunity for students across the world that challenges students to be innovative while encouraging their passion for the sciences and we want to invite the students of your school to participate in this year’s competition!
Why not start off the New Year by registering your students to use their scientific skills towards 'Making an Impact'. Earth has survived many catastrophes in its history but humans are helping to create a catastrophe of a previously unforeseen magnitude thanks to our use of plastics and an ever increasing demand for electricity. The 2016 Clean Tech challenge is to identify a problem associated with plastics or the need for cheap, clean energy that helps Make an Impact from the negative effects of these two areas. Find out more about this global competition and register at www.CleanTechCompetition.org. Online registration opens on 14 December 2015 and the deadline is 4.00pm EST on 26 February 2016.
Entry is free and the final event will take place while on a cruise from Miami, Florida, USA to the Dominican Republic!
