Ms Jane Tabor
Jane Tabor Jane’s Executive career was with IBM where she held many senior leadership positions running UK and European technology and services business’s, with responsibility for developing business with major corporate clients and Small & Medium Business’s in both public and private sector. Within these roles consistently generated significant business growth, developed high-performance teams, and worked extensively through business partnerships and alliances.
Jane now holds a number of Non-Executive Board positions with organisations across different sectors. As well as the Winchester Science Centre these include Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, First Wessex (Housing) and Loughborough University. Within these organisations she is an active member of Finance and Investment, Workforce, Remuneration, Nominations and Charitable Funds Committees. At First Wessex Jane is the Chair of the Governance and Remuneration Committee. She is also a co-opted member of the Audit and Assurance Committee for England Athletics.
Previously she held Board and Committee positions with the Isle of Wight NHS Trust and not-for-profit organisations; AbilityNet and the IBM UK Charitable Trust. She was on the UK Steering Board of the Association of Strategic Alliance Partnerships, and various IBM Industry and Consultative Boards
Jane graduated from Loughborough University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Sports Science, and completed a corporate MBA course at Insead Business School.
